"The business leads club concept works! I’m getting many more calls and new clients since I started using the principles from this old fashion 'leads' model. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to put their sales goals on track and sell more. This is one investment that has already paid for itself."

To be clear, this is not a quick-fix program. This is the fundamental process of developing relationships. |
|
 |
|
The relationships that you develop today will quickly turn into an army of men
and woman, like you, to become a powerful business cartel that will
meet or exceed your current sales and personal income goals. Outstanding character, work ethics and effective performance creates the most value for your clients.
PAYOFF: If you create more value for your clients, you will earn great rewards. |

So here are some principles that may merit consideration, if you want to get your business relationships to the next level: |
Project your true self. When you attempt to be something or somebody you are not, you will be perceived as a phony, regardless of how well you think you are hiding it. Today, the power of mass media, we are all exposed to hundreds of propositions each day; we have all become very astute at detecting the insincere seller. Being sincere, working with your own unique strengths, and developing your own natural style, will allow you to connect far better with people.
Focus outwardly. Create value. If you conduct your business with a “what’s in it for me” attitude, people will sense it immediately. However, if you base your livelihood on a sincere desire to genuinely create value for all those you meet, or wish to have a good business relationship, your success will follow.
Listen intimately. This really shows consideration for people. It is one of the most effective ways of conveying a message about you. It says, “I value you and I’m really interested in what you have to say.” To the degree that people feel valued, understood, and accepted they will view you as worthy of their trust. Listening well takes concentration and patience. This ability is worthy of becoming very skilled with practice.
Be aware of your prejudgments. It is very natural to have biases. Just be cognizant of yours, and only allow them affect your behavior on behalf of your clients or while serving your clients. Always look for talents and the power in people’s differences.
Be free. It is suitable and prolific to have clear goals and intentions for your business. It is natural to have desire and expectations surrounding the behavior of your clients. However it does not serve you to have a strong emotional attachment to a specific behavior or outcome. “Murphy’s law" delights in foiling the best-laid plans.
Be positive. Look for the good in all people and events while cultivating and sharing your natural enthusiasm. It is contagious.
The majority of our communication lies beyond the actual words we speak. Much of the impact of practicing these virtues stem from the above-mentioned qualities. If practiced, it will allow you to better connect with your prospects, and clients, and inspire them to build mutually beneficial relationships with you.
Finally, all these actions turned into habits are best cultivated, and naturally spring from, a healthy, balanced lifestyle, that allows you to begin each day centered in the principles that you choose to live your life by. Developing that lifestyle is the surest guarantee of your success.
