We are continuing our expansion in the Baltimore/Washington area and need to add several new partners to our team. We are seeking human resource professionals that have a unique set of characteristics in common. They include; a true desire to help other partners achieve their sales goals, while getting paid to do it; a high level of aspiration to create a business base on your current career; a burning desire to have financial self-determination and the ability to recruit partners. As a partner you will learn our systematics and highly effective method of recruiting top notch associates and placing them in exciting business opportunities.

Candidates for our partner position must have human resource professional work experience. To be successful, you must have a strong desire to build a team of professionals that can offer their business services to small businesses and meet monthly or weekly to traffic business referrals. Also, possess an outgoing personality and a gift for effective communications.
